Pre-made YFP lentivial particles containing codon optimized YFP under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin antibiotic marker under RSV promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See product manual (.pdf).

It was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS, does not contains human or animal origin components, best suitable for suspension cell’s transducion and invivo applications.

Application:

  • monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
  • create YFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
